FIELD: food production technology. ^ SUBSTANCE: method provides for pork and mushrooms shredding and frying in melted butter. Carrot is grated and fried in small amount of melted butter. Eggs are boiled, shelled and cut. Spinach and greens are frozen. The said ingredients are mixed up with sour cream and table salt without oxygen access. Produced mixture and bone cook water are packed into aluminium tubes, sealed and sterilised at definite proportion of ingredients. ^ EFFECT: improved digestibility.
