FIELD: food production technology. ^ SUBSTANCE: method provides for pork and mushrooms cutting, frying and mincing. Carrot is minced and fried in small amount of melted butter. Eggs are boiled, shelled and minced; spinach and greens are frozen and minced. The said ingredients are mixed up with sour cream, bone cook water and table salt without oxygen access. Produced mixture is packed into aluminium tubes, sealed and sterilised at definite proportion of ingredients. ^ EFFECT: improved digestibility. |
