FIELD: medicine, pharmacology. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmaceutical combination including: i) antagonist AT-1 valsartan or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt in single day dose from approximately 20 mg to approximately 320 mg, and (ii) inhibitor NEP representing ethyl ether of N-(3-carboxy-1-oxopropyl)-(4S)-n-phenylphenylmethyl)-4-amino-2R-methylbutane acid or N-(3-carboxy-1-oxopropyl)-(4S)-n-phenylphenylmethyl)-4-amino-2R-methylbutanic acid or their pharmaceutically acceptable salt in a single day dose from approximately 20 mg to approximately 800 mg.
