<p>A method for manufacturing a repair cement is provided to produce the repair cement capable of keeping a life of a repaired structure for a long time by enhancing compressive strength and bending strength of the conventional deteriorated concrete. A method for manufacturing a repair cement includes the steps of: mixing 10-20wt% of fly ash, 10-20wt% of bottom ash, 40-50wt% of general portland cement, 5-10wt% of potassium aluminate, 2-5wt% of carbon black, 0.5-2wt% of magnesium oxide powder, and 0.5-5wt% of a fatty acid zinc salt to prepare a powder for concrete repair and reinforcement; mixing 35-80wt% of a styrene butadiene rubber resin emulsion, 15-62wt% of purified water, 0.01-0.1wt% of a hardener, 0.05-0.5wt% of an antiseptic, and 0.1-0.5wt% of a stabilizer to prepare a repair reinforcement liquid phase(emulsion); mixing wet standard sand(2.5 mm or smaller) with the repair reinforcement powder in a ratio of 1:1; and mixing the mixture of the wet standard sand and repair reinforcement powder with 15-17wt% of the repair reinforcement liquid phase(emulsion) based on the total weight of the mixture.</p> |
