A plate integrated with holder housing for communication and a constructing method using the same are provided to manufacture the plate, a holder housing and a bracket integrally and insert a modular jack into the holder housing of the integrated plate, thereby easily performing construction. A plate(30) integrated with a holder housing for communication comprises a holder housing(20), a plate, a shut, a shut holder and a cover. The holder housing is integrated with the plate. Plural cover fixing grooves(31) are formed in the outside of the plate. A screw fixing groove is formed in upper and lower parts of the plate. The cover includes a cover fixing protrusion and an opening unit. The cover fixing protrusion is formed in a location corresponding to the cover fixing groove of its side so as to fix the cover to the outside of the plate by being inserted into the cover fixing groove. The opening unit opens the holder housing part to the outside.
