#CMT# #/CMT# The device has a thermoformed plastic insert (200) with a structure permitting local elastic deformation of the insert by lateral compression (F2) bringing longitudinal side walls (203a, 203b) of the insert closer to side ledges of the insert under an action of outer stress. An outer envelope (100) maintains the insert without transversal clearance visible in upper exposition orifice (106) between an upper edge of the walls and an upper edge of longitudinal side walls (103a, 103b) of the envelope. The envelope laterally compresses the ledges one towards the other, and is made of cardboard. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Device for packaging an object e.g. luxury product or cosmetic product. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The outer envelope maintains the insert without transversal clearance visible in the upper exposition orifice between the upper edge of the side walls of the insert and the upper edge of the side walls of the envelope, thus improving the appearance of the product packaging. The thermoformed insert is easily adapted to different products, and is fabricated in a simple and inexpensive manner. The envelope is made of cardboard, and the insert is made of plastic material, thus increasing the rigidity of the device, and hence avoiding the deterioration of the device and protecting the objects during transportation.
