The method involves managing the number of copies for each content stored on a set of storage units, according to a duplication/deletion policy of the copies. The managing of the number of copies includes modifying the number of copies by duplication and/or deletion, to maintain a difference between a simultaneous access number and a maximum simultaneous access number.
