A damper (101) includes a hollow outer elongated body (21) formed of a cylindrical member, a hollow inner elongated body (102) similarly formed of a cylindrical member, and an intermediate hollow elongated body (22) also formed of a cylindrical member, and a viscous body (26) disposed in the respective gaps between an inner surface of the outer elongated body and an outer surface of the intermediate elongated body and between an inner surface of the intermediate elongated body and an outer surface of the inner elongated body in such a manner as to be in contact with the inner surfaces and the outer surfaces. A first attaching means is provided on axial end portions of the outer elongated body and the inner elongated body, and a second attaching means is provided on an end portion of the intermediate elongated body, the respective attaching means including respective plate members (31, 32).
