The kite (1) has an aerofoil defined between left and right lateral ends (2a, 2b) that are connected at front and rear by leading and trailing edges (3, 4), respectively. Suspenders (11a, 11b) control kite direction. The wing has upper and lower surfaces (5, 6) linked by ribs (7). The wing has a rigid element (10) fixed at the proximity of the leading edge and parallel to the leading edge to maintain a negative dihedral at the kite. The ribs have upper and lower parts connected to surfaces (5, 6), respectively, where the lower parts of the ribs and a central part of the aerofoil are concave.
