The slab (20) has a support element (2) provided with a stud (4), and a grass trim (22) comprising a conduit (24) to which the stud is engaged. A pin comes to crest the stud. The pin is constituted of an enlarged head (32) extending towards a bottom by an anchoring rod. An end of the rod is provided with a spear to lock in a central cavity (6) arranged inside the stud. The trim includes a support mat comprising a raft of synthetic grass leaves. An independent claim is also included for a method for forming a synthetic grass slab.
