A wallpaper and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to raise the lifetime by using the silk, to improve the flame-resistance by coating the yellow ocher, and to promote the human health by using far-infrared ray from the yellow ocher. A yellow ocher powder is coated on the silk textile woven with the silk thread. A yellow ocher mixing solution is formed by mixing the carboxyl-methyl-cellulose and the poly-vinyl-alcohol with water, and then by mixing with the yellow ocher powder, and then by stirring. Wallpaper is formed by digesting in the yellow ocher mixing solution, and by drying. The yellow ocher mixing solution is also formed by mixing the carboxyl-methyl-cellulose and the poly-vinyl-alcohol with boiling water, and then by mixing with the yellow ocher powder, and then by stirring, and then by cooling down to the temperature of 20-50°C. The yellow ocher mixing solution is formed of the mixture of the carboxyl-methyl-cellulose 3-10 weight%, the poly-vinyl-alcohol 3-10 weight%, the yellow ocher powder 3-10 weight% and the water. Further, the yellow ocher powder is fine particles typed yellow ocher dust. |
