摘要 A nozzle assembly for a textile vacuum dehydration system is provided to maximize the dehydration efficiency without damaging textile by improving the nozzle assembly, and to raise the processing property by eliminating the work defect. A vacuum pump(101) is equipped so that vacuum is generated. A steam separator(103) is connected with the vacuum pump through a vacuum line(102), and separates the moisture and the vacuum inhaled from the textile(104). A nozzle assembly(105) is connected with the steam separator, and removes the moisture and the impurity contained in the textile by using the vacuum generated by the vacuum pump. A flange is prepared at the one end of the joint for connecting the nozzle assembly with the steam separator. A nozzle plate is prepared at the side of the joint. A pair of nozzle tubes are maintained at the nozzle plate by a support bracket. A cleaning water nozzle supplies the cleaning water to the nozzle tube for inner cleaning. An inhale hole is formed at the upper center of the nozzle tube along the length direction for sucking the moisture and the impurity. An inhale nozzle is connected with the textile at the upper part of the inhale hole for sucking the moisture and the impurity.
