摘要 An FET monitoring method of an FET H-bridge driving circuit for an electric parking brake is provided to sequentially monitor the FET over the entire range during an ECU of the electric parking brake being turned-on. An FET monitoring method of an FET H-bridge driving circuit for an electric parking brake comprises the steps of initially monitoring whether all FETs of the FET H-bridge are abnormal of not when an ECU(Electric Control Unit) is turned on, monitoring whether the turned-on FETs among the FETs of the FET H-bridge are abnormal of not when a motor is driven, and monitoring motor non-driving, which monitors whether all FETs of the FET H-bridge are abnormal of not. The initial monitoring step is sequentially conducted by a certain time interval during monitoring whether all FETs of the FET H-bridge are abnormal of not.
