A resin painted metal sheet capable of exhibiting good electrical conductivity although contact pressure is low is provided, and a resin painted metal sheet which is excellent in formability, and can exhibit good electrical conductivity although contact pressure is low is provided. As an electrically conductive resin painted metal sheet comprising an electrically conductive resin film which is formed on a surface of a metal sheet, and contains electrical conductive particles, the electrically conductive resin painted metal sheet is characterized in that the electrically conductive resin film comprises 20 to 65% by mass of the electrical conductive particles, a resin in the electrically conductive resin film has a Tg of -10 to 30 deg.C, the electrically conductive resin film has a thickness of 1.2 to 14 mum, and the electrically conductive resin painted metal sheet satisfies the mathematical expression 36<=wx(r/t)<=200 when the content of the electrical conductive particles is w(percent by mass), the electrical conductive particles have an average particle size of r(mum), and the electrically conductive resin film has a thickness of t(mum). The resin film is obtained from a raw material composition comprising an organic solvent-soluble polyester resin. The metal sheet is a galvannealed steel sheet.
