INKJET PRINTHEAD AND PRINTING METHOD USING THE SAME, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE INKJET PRINTHEAD

An inkjet printhead, a printing method using the same and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent reduction of printing quality by installing a compensation nozzle mating with a main nozzle. An inkjet printhead comprises a substrate(110) having an ink feed hole(111), a chamber layer(120) stacked on the substrate and a nozzle layer(130) stacked on the chamber layer. The chamber layer includes a plurality of main ink chambers(122) and a plurality of compensation ink chambers(122') disposed between the main ink chambers that face each other. The main ink chambers is formed in a row while interposing the ink feed hole therebetween. The nozzle layer includes a plurality of main nozzles(132) mating with the main ink chambers, respectively, and a plurality of compensation nozzles(132') mating with the compensation ink chambers, respectively.
