An exercising device is provided to double the exercising effects by adding interests, and enable a user to have the effects of riding a bicycle outdoors by installing a moving portion on a monorail. An exercising device includes a monorail(10), a moving portion(30) and a driving device. Plural gear holes(10a) are formed on the monorail. The moving portion is formed on the monorail, and includes a saddle frame(32) on which a saddle(32a) is installed and a handle frame(33). The driving device is installed on the moving portion, and drives the moving portion on the monorail. The driving device includes a main roller, a chain gear and a chain. Teeth corresponding to the gear holes of the monorail are formed on the main roller. Pedal portions are formed on both sides of the chain gear.
