An apparatus and a method for manufacturing a display panel are provided to prevent the generation of air bubbles or pin holes from at least one of an electrode, a dielectric layer, or a black layer by processing thermally at least one paste of an electrode material, a dielectric material, or a black material. A paste forming process is performed to form at least one paste of an electrode material, a dielectric material, or a black material(310). A thermal process is performed to process thermally the paste within a chamber during a predetermined time(320). A coating process is performed to coat the paste on a substrate after the paste is thermally processed within the chamber during the predetermined time(330). In the thermal process, a temperature range is equal to or more than 10°C and is equal to or less than 70°C. A bake process is performed to bake the paste(340).
