A signal transceiving method and an apparatus thereof are provided to improve reception performance of a signal by lowering inter-channel correlation without effects of a channel under various channel environments. An MIMO(Multiple-Input Multiple-Output) precoder(550) performs precoding so as to transmit inputted data in multiples. A frame builder(560) converts the data, outputted from the precoder, into a transmission frame of a corresponding signal. A modulator(570) modulates the frame data. A transmitter(580) converts the modulated data into an analog signal according to a dual polarization diversity mode, and transmits the converted signal.
