The said industrial design consists of the features of shape, configuration, ornamentation and pattern of a dispenser as shown in the photographs; the dispenser consists of a neck portion, a cylindrical body and a base; the neck portion has a sealed lip with an opening to allow the valve stem of the valve assembly to pass through it, the valve assembly being fitted from inside the container; the neck portion then broadens down to form a slant shoulder which then continues as a cylindrical body; the cylindrical body is suck that the bottom portion remains open ended to allow entry of the base; the lower section of the cylindrical body has an annular ridge to form a snap fit arrangement with the base; the base in corrugated and has an annular groove; a stalk extends vertically upwards from the base and coincides with the valve assembly mounted on the stalk; the combination of stalk with the mounted valve assembly attached to the base, are fitted inside the cylindrical body and the base is hermetically sealed using snap fit arrangement, the snap fit arrangement being jacketed by a base coupling (over-moulding).Representations of the design are shown in the figures wherein:Fig. 1 is a front view of the design of the dispenser;Fig. 2 is a rear view of the dispenser;Fig. 3 is a side view of the dispenser;Fig. 4 is a top view thereof;Fig. 5 is a bottom view thereof; andFig. 6 is a perspective view thereof.Diagrams of the design are included. |
