A lignite boiler is provided to employ a rotational rod and to prevent a ventilation port from being clogged by vibrating a combustion plate through the rotation of the rotational rod. A lignite boiler includes a combustion chamber(100), a lignite container(200), a ventilation port(300), and a water heating unit(400). Lignite is stored in the lignite container positioned at an upper portion of the combustion chamber and introduced into the combustion chamber through a lignite introducing port. The lignite is burned in a state in which the lignite is stacked on an upper portion of a combustion plate(110) of the combustion chamber. An internal space of the combustion chamber is connected into the ventilation port so that air is introduced into the combustion chamber through the ventilation port.
