The accessory (1) has a single block part with an orifice for passage of a spring hook, where the part is made of metal, metal alloy or synthetic material. Another orifice (3) permits passage of two strands of a cord (C), and a slit (4). A boss (5) is arranged between the former orifice and a lower end of the slit, where the boss extends transversally at a surface of the part and increases thickness of the part from a value that is equal to diameter of the strand. The boss forms a return element to return the cord to the surface to manually unblock the strand coinciding in the slit.
