The installation has an assembling table (1) comprising stops (6, 7) cooperating with a jack shaped clamping unit (8). The unit maintains a post (12) and crosspiece (13) of a door frame on the stops. The stops are located inside a space delimited by the post and crosspiece for being cooperated with shoulders of internal surfaces of the post and crosspiece. The stops are mounted on mobile plates (5) along axes for moving the plates to a post and crosspiece assembling position. The plates carry the stops and clamping units. The stops respectively clamp the post and crosspiece.
