A method for manufacturing a dental prosthesis is provided to have desirable workability and low corrosion rate, and to minimize breaking tendency while obtaining hardness achieving finish without any problem. A method for manufacturing a dental prosthesis comprises the step of laser-melting and/or laser-sintering a cobalt-chromium alloy. The cobalt-chromium alloy comprises cobalt of 43 - 68 weight %, chromium of 12 - 30 weight %, tungsten of 8 - 25 weight %, iron of 0 - 13 weight %, manganese of 0 - 30 weight %, molybdenum of 0 - 10 weight %, at least one of elements of aluminum, tantalum, rhenium, and titanium of 0 - 5 weight %, and carbon of less than 0.1 weight %.
|
