MULTI-FUNCTIONAL OPTIC FILM

A multi-functional optic film is provided to improve the efficiency of light incident to a prism layer by reducing a refractive index difference between resin and particles in forming a light diffusion layer to reduce internal reflection of the light. A multi-functional optic film includes a transparent base layer, a light diffusion layer, and a prism layer(30). The light diffusion layer is formed on one surface of the transparent base layer and includes binder resin and light diffusing particles. A refractive index difference between the binder resin and the light diffusing particles is less than 0.05. The prism layer is formed on the light diffusion layer. The multi-functional optic film further includes a protection layer. The protection layer is formed on the other surface of the transparent base layer and includes binder resin and particles.
