A profile made from extruded aluminium or plastic having a plastering 'fin' portion 1, a main body portion 2 both with dovetail shaped castellations 3, entrapment pockets 4, undergroove chamber ducts 5, and alignment levelling chambers 6 incorporated within them for joint alignment connecting pins 7. The plastering 'fin' portion 1 is punched through with a pattern of multi-duster holes 10 or other shaped piercing for aiding better bonding cohesion of render, filler, plaster finishing coat etc. 15 to the profile and plasterboard substrate 14. The plastering 'fin' 1 and main body 2 portions of the profile protect the raw edge of the plasterboard substrate 14 whilst allowing the creation of clean defined lines and features. |
