FABRICATION METHOD OF MICROLENS ARRAYS USING UV-CURABLE OPTICAL ADHESIVE

A micro-lens array manufacturing method using a UV-curable optical adhesive is provided to form a micro-lens array by performing a rapid and simple low-temperature process. A coating process is performed to coat a UV-curable optical adhesive(120) on a substrate(110). An exposure process is performed to fix a mask(130) having a predetermined pattern to the substrate coated with the UV-curable optical adhesive and to irradiate UV light(140) on the UV-curable optical adhesive coated on the substrate. A developing process is performed to remove the adhesive by using a solvent. The removed UV-curable optical adhesive is the UV-curable optical adhesive which is not irradiated by the UV light. The residual UV-curable optical adhesive is removed by performing a thermal process.
