An anti-glare film, a method for manufacturing the same and a display device using the same are provided to reduce rough surfaces by having a specific average interval between diffusing elements. An anti-glare film(1) includes a plurality of protrusion units as diffusing members on the surface(14) so that a surface assembly has a fine unevenness. The anti-glare film satisfies an I(alpha+1)/I(a) ratio of more than 0.1~0.6. The I(alpha) is the intensity of reflected light toward an arbitrary angle of less than 10° of a specular reflection direction of light incident on a surface at an angle of 5°~30° from a normal line of the surface. The I(alpha+1) is the intensity of reflected light deviated from an angle of alpha by 1° in a wide angle direction. |
