PURPOSE: Provided are a method and a device for rice-polishing, material for rice polishing, and a method and a device for wash-free rice manufacturing, which allow the rice grain to be effectively rubbed against each other and attached thereto, and improve a second removal of finely-pulverized, defatted rice bran by attaching it to the rice. CONSTITUTION: The method for rice-polishing includes the steps of: relatively moving two members having a predetermined interval from each other; supplying rice grains and rice-polishing materials between two members; and rubbing and polishing the rice grains against each other; wherein the milled rice is polished inside a rice-polishing path(33) by applying the rotation resistance of a rotor and stator to the milled rice and rice-polishing material and then stirring. |
