摘要 A magnesium alloy for plastic working and a magnesium alloy plastic worked member manufactured using the same are provided, wherein the magnesium alloy for plastic working can be obtained easily by casting, in particular die casting, is excellent in plastic deformability, mechanical strength and creep resistance at temperatures lower than recrystallization temperature of the magnesium alloy, and is particularly suitable for forging. As a magnesium alloy obtained by casting a melt comprising magnesium, aluminum, and metal elements for forming an intermetallic compound with aluminum in a process reaction of the solidification process, a magnesium alloy for plastic working is characterized in that: an entire aluminum content of the magnesium alloy is 2 to 10% by mass; in a metal structure of the magnesium alloy, a concentration of aluminum in a magnesium phase is 4.5% by mass or less and is 0.5% by mass or more lower than the entire aluminum content of the magnesium alloy, and the residual aluminum is present as an intermetallic compound; and an amount of the metal elements for forming an intermetallic compound with aluminum in a process reaction of the solidification process is an amount that lowers the aluminum concentration of the magnesium phase in the metal structure of the magnesium alloy.
