An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to differentiate the sizes of thin film transistors in pixel cells according to charging condition, thereby reducing a brightness difference between pixel cells under the charge conditions different from each other. Under a condition where polarities of data signals supplied to a data line during a first previous period and a first current period are different from each other, at least one first pixel cell(R) receives the data signal of the first current period to display an image. Under a condition where the polarities of the data signals supplied to the data line during a second previous period and a second current period are equalized, at least one second pixel cell(G) receives the data signal of the second current period to display an image. A first thin film transistor is disposed in the first pixel cell to supply the data signal to a pixel electrode of the first pixel cell. A second thin film transistor is disposed in the second pixel cell to supply the data signal to a pixel electrode of the second pixel cell. A channel width of the first thin film transistor is different from a channel width of the second thin film transistor.
