<p>The assembly (2) has a nozzle plate (4) with a nozzle opening. A nozzle casing (8) arranged on the nozzle plate sectionally flanges the nozzle opening. The nozzle casing has an inner casing lateral surface (10) surrounding a water jet (3) that is withdrawn from the nozzle opening, in a safety margin (s), and eliminates an unintentional contact with the water jet.
