<p>A method for manufacturing bio-fuel is provided to improve recovery factor of bio-fuel by promoting ester reaction, so as to reduce production cost of bio-fuel oil. A method for manufacturing bio-fuel includes the steps of: stirring oil including plant oil, animal oil, or waste oil, or alcohols including methanol, ethanol, propanol, or butanol; measuring unique frequency of the oil using a spectroscope during stirring; heating the oil to 150-350 deg.C and inducing ester reaction by irradiating microwave consistent with the measured unique frequency from a vibrator having a magnetron with 2GHz ~ 11GHz; producing a fatty acid ester.</p> |
