A construction method using an anchor equipped with a winding packer is provided to locate fastening member at the center of the packer and fill all parts of the packer with cement fully by pulling the fastening members located at concave parts to prevent the fastening member from sinking down. A construction method using an anchor equipped with a winding packer(20) includes the steps of: excavating a hole with a casing(200) having a bit at the front end, and then inserting the casing in the hole; pouring cement milk(M1) in the casing; inserting the anchor equipped with the packer and a tension member(10), wherein the tension member is a steel wire or a steel bar and more then one fastening members are installed from the front end thereof, the packer has an external peripheral part with continuous concave and convex parts(22,21) and is expandable by the cement milk in the hole under the ground; withdrawing the casing; pouring a cement milk(M2) inside the packer to expand the pack such that the packer can be anchored to an earth around the hole; and stretching the tension member of the anchor. |
