<p>A combined antipyretic analgesic drug having an excellent antipyretic analgesic effect and reduced side effects, such as gastrointestinal disorder, and comprising a combination of ibusprofen with isopropylantipyrine in a ratio by weight of preferably 5:1 to 1:5, still preferably 3:1 to 1:3. Preferable examples of the dosage form include a three-layer tablet comprising the first layer containing ibusprofen and the third layer containing isopropylantipyrine and, sandwiched between these layers, the second layer containing an inactive ingredient, and a dry coated tablet having, enclosed therein, a core tablet containing ibuprofen or isopropylantipyrine.</p> |
