The invention relates to a muscle stimulation apparatus comprising a handle (2) with a first and a second end as well as a motor (6) that is disposed in a hollow chamber of the handle (2) and is coupled to at least one eccentric element (8) by means of a motor shaft (7) in order to cause the muscle stimulation device (1) to vibrate as a result of an unbalance of the eccentric element (8). According to the invention, the eccentric element/s (8) is/are provided with a common center of gravity whose distance from the first end of the handle (2) is different from the distance from the second end of the handle (2). The invention further relates to a replacement head for such a muscle stimulation apparatus. |
