<p>A microstructure and an information recording medium are provided to control the fraction by forming a mixed material layer of ZnS and SiO2. A microstructure(104) contains sulfur compound and silicon oxide. The microstructure is a convex type having a bending surface, a type wherein a convex structure having the bending surface is formed on the cylinder structure, or a cylinder type. An information recording medium includes a dielectric layer(102), an optical absorbing layer(103), and a mixed material layer, which are sequentially formed on a silicon substrate(101). The mixed material layer is made of ZnS, and SiO2, and has a thickness of 160nm.</p> |
