A bumper rail shock absorbing front end module for a vehicle is provided to prevent transmission of shock from a bumper rail to a carrier side bracket by forming a gap between the bumper rail and the carrier side bracket using a rail mounting unit. A bumper rail shock absorbing front end module for a vehicle comprises a carrier(1), a bumper rail(10), and a rail mounting unit(5). The carrier is assembled to a sub frame(S), and on which a carrier side bracket(2) is protruded to two sides. The bumper rail of which two sides are assembled to the carrier by the carrier side bracket, and crosses a width of the carrier. The rail mounting unit has a mounting bracket, a non-contact assembling member, and a contact assembling member. The non-contact assembling member forms a gap for the surface of the mounting bracket patched on the carrier side bracket. The contact assembling member is adhered to the surface of the mounting bracket.
