An apparatus for roasting small intestines of cattle automatically is provided to increase productivity by applying heat to a body and agitating edible small intestines in the body by an agitating part automatically. An apparatus(100) for roasting small intestines of cattle automatically comprises a support frame(10), a roasting pot, an agitating part, and a heating part(30). The support frame includes a bottom part and a pair of support parts. The roasting pot includes a body which is installed at the support frame, and a cover(22) for covering an upper opening of the body. The heating part applies heat to the body. The agitating part includes fixed bars(45), a rotational bar(46) whose one end is connected to the fixed bar, an agitating rod(41) installed at a lower side of the other end of the rotational bar, an actuator rotating the rotational bar, and a driving unit for agitating edible small intestines. The actuator is a hydraulic cylinder. The heating part includes a main pipe(31), a burner, an electronic valve(32), a bypass pipe(33), and a manual valve(34). |
