A brake caliper for a vehicle is provided to distribute surface pressure of an outer pad uniformly by installing a connecting rod to a caliper and pressing the outer pad with left and right caliper fingers and the connecting rod when braking the vehicle. A brake caliper for a vehicle having uniform pad surface pressure comprises a caliper body(1), a carrier(3), and a connecting rod(4). The caliper body helps a piston to push a pad to a wheel disk(D) by receiving a control hydraulic from a master cylinder. The carrier is assembled to two parts of the caliper body by guide bolts(2) to surround two sides of the wheel disk. The connecting rod crosses a piston containing hole processing space through left and right caliper fingers(1a,1c) and presses an outer pad through the caliper fingers and the piston containing hole processing space when braking the vehicle. The caliper fingers form the opposite part of the piston.
