A sidewall reinforcement type run-flat tire is provided to allow a vehicle body to be supported by pneumatic pressure of air tubes by installing a plurality of air tubes filled with air instead of attaching a reinforcing rubber to a sidewall. A sidewall reinforcement type run-flat tire comprises a carcass(11) forming a framework of the tire, a thread portion(12) making directly contact with a road surface, a belt layer(13) interposed between the carcass and the thread portion, a sidewall(14), an inner liner(15) disposed at the inside of the tire, and a bead portion to mount the tire on a rim. The inner liner prevents air pressure in the tire from being leaked to the outside. A bundle of tube(20) is positioned between the inner liner of the sidewall and the carcass. The bundle of tube includes a plurality of crescent moon shaped air tubes(25) having diameters different from each other.
