The present invention relates to an automatic coupling device for the hoisting and lowering of a submersible machine, the coupling device (5) comprising a main body (15) at a lower end provided with two mutually separated branches (17) forming a slot shaped opening (18). The coupling device (5) comprises a latch element (21) turnably mounted in relation to said main body (15) around a geometrical axis which coincide with the centre of gravity (22) of the latch element (21), the latch element (21) comprising a first locking bolt (23) arranged to bridge over the slot shaped opening (18) during lowering, and a second locking bolt (24) arranged to bridge over the slot shaped opening (18) during hoisting, and a guide mechanism (25), which are connected to each other and arranged to turn jointly around said geometrical axis, and which guide mechanism (25) being actuateable by said lifting eye in order to turn the latch element (21). |
