<p>The method involves forming a tubular preform (36) by injection molding. A mold (38) is provided for enclosing the preform, and a bypass channel is formed as recesses (44, 46) at inner surfaces (48, 50) of the mold. The preform is heated up to a temperature above a softening range of the plastic and within a thermoforming range of the plastic, and is placed in a region within the mold at a preset axial position. The preform is stressed with a pressure difference until the channel is plastically formed, and a syringe body is cooled at room temperature.</p> |
