A gaming machine is provided to prevent a player spending credit of plural coins from having displeasure or distrust about a game or losing interest in the game without giving unfairness to a player obtaining profit through the game. A gaming machine includes a display, a symbol display device, an input device, and a controller. The controller performs the following processes: after betting of a credit under the preset maximum betting number, payout of the credit for the number according to a state of rearrangement of plural symbols is performed; under input of certain credit, a rescue on mode is on; the number of game performed in the rescue on mode is counted; if the number of the game counted by the third process becomes a specific number, payout of the credit is performed; transfer to a bonus game is determined based on a random value; the number of the counted game is reset according to transfer of the bonus game(S123).
