A DMD(Digital Micromirror Device) panel clinching apparatus is provided to prevent a heat conducting effect between a heat-radiating contact unit and a shielding unit by forming a gap between the heat-radiating contact unit and the shielding unit. A panel holder(15) is formed between a drive board and a DMD panel in order to connect electrically the drive board with the DMD panel. One side of a heat-radiating contact unit(21) comes in contact with the DMD panel by using through-holes of the drive board and the panel holder. A heat-radiating fin is installed at the other side of the heat-radiating contact unit. A supporting plate(20) is protruded from the heat-radiating contact unit. The heat-radiating contact unit penetrates a shielding plate(19). The shielding plate is installed between the supporting plate and the drive board. A panel clamp(11) is coupled with the shielding plate in order to fix the drive board, the panel holder, and the DMD panel. A first elastic section(23) is fixed on the shielding plate in order to press the supporting plate. A second elastic section(25) is formed between the supporting plate and the shielding plate in order to press the shielding plate.
