A cold/hot water dispenser for supplying water having high concentration oxygen is provided to improve safety and to prevent deaeration when mixing water with oxygen by operating operation handles for discharging a proper quantity of oxygen. A cold/hot water dispenser for supplying water having high concentration oxygen comprises a cold/hot water tank, a case, a discharge unit(59), an oxygen tank, a decompression unit, an oxygen inlet(46), an oxygen rate regulating valve(44), an oxygen water generating unit(50), and operation handles(8,10). The oxygen rate regulating valve is attached to a rear end of the oxygen inlet, and regulates an amount of oxygen to discharge a proper amount of oxygen by decompressing. The oxygen water generating unit has transferring channels(34,36), the discharge unit, an interrupting unit, and an interrupting valve(76). The transferring channels are connected to the oxygen rate regulating valve and a water inlet to transfer oxygen and water respectively. The operation handles are attached to an upper part of the oxygen water generating unit, and open a water transferring passage and the interrupting valve simultaneously by operating the interrupting unit.
