An unmanned camera device for traffic control of park and stoppage of a vehicle particularly for a blind spot is provided to control the vehicle which is illegally parked in the blind spot by installing a rotary rod on a pole and installing a surveillance camera unit which is extended from the rotary rod. An unmanned camera device for traffic control of park and stoppage of a vehicle especially for a blind spot comprises a pole(10), a rotary rod(20), a rotary unit, a connecting rod(40), and a surveillance camera unit. The rotary rod is rotary at an upper end of the pole. The connecting rod is horizontally extended from one side of the rotary rod. The surveillance camera unit, which is placed at an end of the connecting rod, is rotated to left and right sides and tilted vertically. The rotary unit includes a driving motor, first and second speed reduction gears, and a rotary gear. The first speed reduction gear is engaged with a driving gear of the driving motor. The second speed reduction gear is installed on a fixed shaft. The rotary gear, which is integrated at a lower edge of the rotary rod, is engaged with the second speed reduction gear.
