摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering angle speed calculating device capable of enhancing resolution of steering angle speed calculated at the time of a low speed steering and calculating steering angle speed capable of detecting an initial motion of a change of the steering angle with excellent followability also at the time of a sudden change of the steering angle. SOLUTION: This steering angle speed calculating device is provided with a steering angle sensor 42 for detecting the steering angleθof a steering wheel 20, a torque sensor 40 for detecting torque T imparted to a steering shaft 22, and a steering angle speed calculation means 50 for calculating the steering angle speed S by dividing changed amountΔθof the steering angleθper prescribed time Td by the prescribed time Td.
