Al residue prod. arising from etching and anodising baths used to surface treat Al parts are added to the raw materials such as limestone, sand, clay etc. to produce cement. The ingredients are comminuted and flux added before being calcinated and then fired in a high temp. furnace to produce clinker which can then be worked to powder.
