<p>The feed-through (10, 11) has cables (16) and supply lines (6, 7) provided for electric contacting of a piezoelectric unit (3) of a piezoelectric actuator (2), where the piezoelectric unit is arranged between an actuator head (4) and a metallic actuator base (5). The cables and the supply lines insulatedly run in the actuator base, and sockets (12, 13) are made of solderable or weldable non-conductive material. Metallic conductors of the cables and the supply lines are soldered or welded with each other at the actuator base externally or at the sockets internally.</p> |
