A module process apparatus and a panel transfer method for manufacturing a display panel are provided to mount a panel vertically in process performing devices and doubly and horizontally transfer the panels, thereby shortening a traffic line of a module process work. A panel transfer unit(30) includes a buffer(31) and a panel mount unit(33). The buffer is horizontally moved by a transfer device(20). The panel mount unit is fixed in an upper part of the buffer, and vertically mounts a panel(40) by a vacuum suction tool(32). The two transfer devices are installed long in a horizontal direction at a predetermined interval. The transfer devices horizontally move the two panel transfer units, where the panels are mounted, so as to transfer the panels to a process performing device(50). A couple of process performing devices performs unit module process works for the two panels which are horizontally transferred by the two panel transfer units. |
